Our booking systems sends out two email reminders within 24 hours of your appointment. One is sent out 24hrs before and the other is sent 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations under 24hrs and no shows deny us the opportunity to fill your appointment spot. Persons who cancel under 24hrs will be required to pay the cost of the missed appointment.
No Shows & Late Arrivals
No shows are not tolerated. We reserve the right to deny a booking to anyone we deem to be abusive and disrespectful to our time.
Our books run on time as we understand the importance of respecting our client’s time. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will assume you are no showing if you are 15 minutes late or more without calling.
